Flight assist can now be made to be the first page seen at login (toggled via the 'Flight Assist Homepage Feature). This also re-ordered the nav.
We've redesigned the Flight Assist home page.
We've integrated the site navigation into Flight Assist. It can now guide you around the platform and suggest next actions after you have created your customer groups.
The responses will be delivered with more brevity, getting straight to the point the user requested.
Flight Assist will now communicate its thinking process as it happens. For example 'Checking your account' or 'Filtering customers'. This gives the user confidence that work is being done and reduces the 'spinner of doom' effect.
Re-designed the 'add customers to group' button so it sits inline in the conversation.
🐛 Fixed a bug where the agent would fail if asked about optins.
