You can now search customers based on the time they were in your venue. This can be done on an account or unit level. Try asking a question like "Can you show me everyone who visited on the Wednesday evening after reading an email with tag 'Wednesday offers'?"

❓Query explanations. The 'Show my working' section has had a complete overhaul. This will now detail the exact scope used to select customers from your database, giving you the confidence to understand how Flight Assist has interpreted your query. This query view will detail scopes, intersection, unions and excludes along with filters used on each level. A support article will detail how to use this information.

🤖 Migration to the Responses API.

We have migrated Flight Assist from the Assistants API to the Responses API mitigating the depreciation of assistants, and allowing us to deliver faster response times using the latest AI models. 🧑‍💻 Jules
