🐛 Increase resiliance of queue1 SMS processor

Some SMS sends, usually larger sends, are not being committed to the database. The code has been updated to run a BEGIN and COMMIT directly after the final COMMIT in order to flush singlestore transactions to disk. We have also doubled the queue1 EC2 instance to give 64Gb of ram and 16 vCPUs as memory constraints were also identified as an issue.
