Improved Handling of Deleted Group IDs in API Requests:

• The system now gracefully manages API requests that include group IDs that have been deleted.

• If a deleted group ID is provided, the APIs will automatically substitute it with the correct active ID, ensuring requests continue to work without errors.

• A new mapping table and updated de-duplication process track and preserve IDs still in use.
