15/05/2025 - Self Service Rewards: Disable "create new" button on if no code types are enabled

  1. If no Self Service Reward Code Types are enabled the "Create New" button is disabled.

  2. The create new rewards page will not fail if accessed directly and no code types are enabled.

  3. New accounts have "Airship Codes" and "Other" code types enabled by default.
