14/05/2025 Dynamic Booking Types: OpenTable

A booking type_name can be passed from OpenTable integration, enabling to store them dynamically:

  1. booking type_name replaces type_id

  2. is resolved by filtering 'gc:service' on raw data

  3. fallback to General Booking as the name where a name wasn't resolved
