Journeys is now available to all accounts - a new way to organise your automated emails into named, logical groups (e.g. Welcome Journey, Birthday Journey).
Your existing automated broadcasts have been automatically placed into Journeys for you - nothing has been lost or changed.
You can now create new Journeys, move broadcasts between them, and add new broadcasts directly from within a Journey.
Broadcasts within a Journey are displayed in send-order, giving you a clear view of your full customer communication sequence.
