12/03/2024: Integrations (Kobas) Fix unit mapping and authentication

🐛 Bug fix

1. Locations that don't map to an Airship unit ID are no longer added to the payload, preventing null values being passed in

2. Authentication retry mechanism fixed. Retry now works as expected

3. Generic pops removed from the mapping

4. Fixed historic / daily rules flags. Now populates with the respective values
