Various fixes and improvements;
Contacts intermittently failing to load into the loyalty database
Added a new UDF for loyalty signup date - inferred by when we first see the loyalty card number, this value is not provided by loyalty so not accurate to use on historically imported data
Updating all existing accounts / configs to have this have UDF
Ability to run the daily sync for a specified date range
Fixed a bug where cards that didnt exist in the balances_ file weren't sync'ed to Airship
