📩 New page added to display email templates.
Users can create/duplicate/edit/delete templates or save emails as templates if their role allows it.
Users can then use templates to create emails and view details of each templates.
When creating/editing a template you can lock or edit certain blocks (deletable, draggable, selectable, duplicatable, hideable).
Newly created accounts will get default templates to get them started.
🖌️ Removed old template dropdown from all Broadcast journeys.
