Any items with a description of promotion will be ignored and not sent to REST (was causing the entire payload to get rejected)

If an item has no SKU, send the payload to Airship without that item in the basket
Add in provider field to purchase payload (provider id = 12)
If order type = order.created, look for the items in the order.cart.items section (currently looks in order.items)
