🤖 Flight Assist - Major Release

🎉 New Features

• Every question and data set exists within the context of the whole thread

  • This includes the data returned by flight assist within a thread; allowing you to iterate and hone in on your target audience or objective by asking further questions, comparing data, reducing and refining your search as you go.

  • Ask five questions resulting in five data sets, then ask it to return customers from the fourth dataset excluding the first.

• Malleable data sets - ask Flight Assist to return data sets, then ask it to refine, exclude or combine them.

• You can now manipulate most data points in a include/exclude/and statement

🧠 Increased knowledge

• Flight assist now understands when some events happen because of others. Try asking it:

  • Show me customers who have visited within one week of reading an email with tag "Christmas"

  • Show me customers who have visited within one week of clicking an email

  • Show me customers who haven't visited after clicking an email with tag "50% Off Reward"

  • Show me customers who have visited last year within two weeks of their birthday in any year.

  • Show me customers who are opted out of Emails/SMS

🤸‍♂️ Limitation reductions

• You can now add up to 500,000 contacts returned by flight assist in one result to a group. This is an increase from 100,000 previously. The performace of this has also significantly increased.

⚙️ Code level refactor

• We've completely changed how flight assist interacts with data, allowing for faster iterations going forward.
