We’ve improved how stays are identified in the system to ensure greater accuracy and consistency.

Stays are now uniquely identified using a combination of:

• Provider

• Account

• Unit

This enhancement ensures that stays sharing the same reference are treated independently when they belong to different providers, accounts, or units.
