Previously you could only ask flight assist to filter customers on positive outcomes. For example, 'show me customers who booked last week'. You can now filter on negative outcomes as well as mix and match positive and negative. Some examples of new searches you can perform:
"Show me people who clicked an email last month, but haven't visited for over six months."
"Show me people who have a birthday this month but who have not read an email in the same time frame"
"Show me people who have not clicked an email this year who are opted in to receive email marketing"
"Show me people who booked last week who have since not left any feedback"
"Show me people who have visited at least 4 times this year who don't have a booking for December"
📅 Improved date analysis
Improvements to how date analysis is performed when segmenting customers over several data sets (visits/purchase/booking etc).
