π Fixed writing contacts to group bug
* Fixed a bug where when the returned customer data is segmented (eg when you ask "show me customers who visited this week broken down by day") and then write that data to a group, only some of the data is written.
* Fixed a bug where when the chat fails for an unexpected reason, the loader just keeps spinning. Now it will show you a 'whoops please try again' chat.
Improved UX by ensuring the 'download' button shows on all graphs.
π€ New features
Added the ability to search contacts by creation time, allowing queries such as "Show me people added to my database broken down by month".
You can now narrow down product searches. For example if "Show me people who bought beef" returns people who bought products that are too broad (these people bought steak, beef pie and pork pie), you can now ask Flight Assist to show you people who bought only Steak, or ask it to narrow it's search to show products better matching the phrase "beef" so that it no longer returns 'pork pie'.
You can now segment customers in to groups for queries that return up to 100,000 customers.
You no longer are required to ask Flight Assist to add contacts to a group, this was previously a bad UX. If Flight Assist is able to segment customers, it will now show you the 'Add contacts to a new group' by default.
π§ Updated intelligence
Chatbot's decision-making algorithms have been enhanced to better determine the relevance of returned data before presenting it, ensuring more accurate and useful responses.
