🐛 Auto enrollment of contacts in Zonal Loyalty

• Contacts added via the UI, SOAP or REST API will be automatically enrolled or un-enrolled from the Zonal Loyalty scheme.

• Architected so additional schemes can by easily added later.

• Accounts should have the Loyalty Gateway feature enabled.

• Configuration is accessible via https://api.airship.co.uk/v1/loyalty-gateway-config/{account_id}

• Contacts tracked and logged in table loyalty_gateway
