18/12/2023: Integrations minor release - Update Sevenrooms to use generated purchase reference

Account configuration can have a dynamically generated purchase reference or use a booking reference as the purchase reference (dynamic reference takes precedence if both are set).
Sometimes a booking would not have a transaction date reference. In this case, the integration now looks for left_time then an updated value to populate the create_at field when appending a purchase object to a contact request.
