Improvements/optimisations to the emails table page
New context menu (3 dots/ellipsis menu)
Head office users can now change location assignment of emails
Manage emails from the table view screen (i.e. Duplicate, Delete)
Location switcher drop-down box (bottom left) now shows only locations that are relevant to your login permissions (previously units within your organisation that you did not have permissions to where shown)
